Dance Recital DVDs have been mailed!!

ALL of the Recital DVDs were mailed out today. Most of you who are local should get them tomorrow! If you haven't ordered yet, it isn't too late. You can send your check to:

I'll get your copy of the DVD right out to you! I will also have copies available at Dance Enrollment on August 15th. The hours for enrollment are 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the new dance studio location on highway 59 next to Simple Simons.

Williams Photo Shoot

I got to spend time with Crissy, Jerry, Cameron, Skylar, and Jenna (no sure if I spelled everyone right) last Sunday. We went to Battlefield Park in Prairie Grove to do a photo shoot of the kids. We did a few family shots first. It was a lot of fun because you could tell how much this kiddos love each other.

It was a hot day but everyone made the most of it. My lovely assistant, Matt, was close by to make sure I felt okay and to reflect light when we needed it for shadows. At the end of the session, I gave Jenna a big lollipop as a prop. I bet Crissy and Jerry were ready to whip my behind when they got home!

Dance Videos - DONE!!!

I am doing the dance of joy - ok not really because I would fall down in my current lupus state --- but figuratively, I am dancing.....THE DANCE RECITAL VIDEO IS FINISHED. I will duplicate them today and get them ready to mail. They should mail out on Monday morning!!!!!!!!!

If you are in a hurry for your dvd and would like to get it this weekend, text me at 930-0381 and we can make arrangements for you to get it before the mailout.

I appreciate all of you who have been sending up prayers, thoughts and good wishes during my lupus flare. I am going to do the daily prednisone (steroid) regimen for several weeks. Right now, I do not have to do the chemo (cytoxan) and solumedrol treatments I have done in the past. Hopefully the prednisone will do the trick.

Better Photo Honors

I worked through a couple of photo editing tutorial to learn a little more and learned a new technique to apply to my pics in post editing. I entered them in the Better Photo monthly contest and both were selected as Editor's Picks. I hadn't had any selected in awhile and was starting to get a little down. Recital Video Update

VIDEO Update - I got my video capture problem taken care of and I'm going full speed ahead on the recital videos now. I will post again when I know for sure of the release/mail date.
